WHEN IT RAINS INSIDE
When it rains inside, all you need is a cozy blanket, and a warm room.
The rain becoming heavy each and every day, shaping the way
you think, feel, and decide.
When it rains inside, all you need is someplace to shelter and
wait. Close the window and shut the doors. You don’t want to wet other people’s
shelter.
Wait for the heavy rain to subsides.
You can’t run in the heavy rain outside. It will make you sick when people see it.
When it rains inside, the clogs from water drainage must be
cleared. Because you don’t want the rain to be stagnant, creatING a flood of
emotions that’ll eventually drown and kill you.
But sometimes,
When I rain inside, I just want the windows to be opened. Let
people know I’m having a battle here inside. It's not wrong, is it?
Sometimes when I rain inside, just want to be in the rain
and feel the flood of emotions running through my veins. Awakening my deepest clogged
up feelings and revealing them for myself to see,
for myself to find comfort.
“those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah Surely in the remembrance” 13:28
Hug yourself, brace your feelings.
Go
get your shower and spray some fragrance. Make your bed and do your laundry.
Enjoy
every little thing that makes you feel accomplished.
This
is the nature of the life of a servant. It is surely being tested with rains, and
drought, and storms and many more. But it is never left alone.
There's nothing alone in this world. The only thing that’s alone, is Him. Allah.
“That is because Allah alone is the Truth He alone gives
life to the dead and He alone is
Most” 22:6
Get up because you are never left alone.
Get
yourself up and walk with pride (izzah).
For
you are one of the blessed souls, to understand and learn His deen.
